AGDEN·e is a 90-day emergency nursing and health-literacy program for Afghan women who completed secondary school and can read English. It is taught remotely, in small cohorts, by volunteer clinicians. Applications are not open yet — the curriculum is still being written with physician input, and we will not open a cohort before it is ready.
Not because others do not deserve training, but because a 90-day remote program only works with a specific starting point.
The curriculum assumes secondary-school science and maths. It does not teach those from the beginning.
Teaching is in English with Dari and Pashto support. You need enough English to follow written clinical material.
Roughly six hours a week, including live mentorship. Your safety depends on being able to attend without being observed.
Volunteer physicians and nurse educators are reviewing the 90-day syllabus. This is the stage we are in today.
A field organisation anchors the hands-on component. We will not run a cohort without one.
Trainee applications will never be collected on this public website. When registration opens it will run on dedicated infrastructure built for it.
